— What are the results of the series with the Falcons?

— A wonderful series. I think it's the most juice for the fans. The playoffs are different in that there are such intrigues. There is a different hockey in the playoffs.

It turned out to be an interesting series. I'm happy with the result, well done guys. The team rallied after the ridiculous defeat and proved that we are worthy of the final.


— At first, the Lions led, then they allowed us to equalize, but in the end they still took their toll. What was the reason for this comeback?

— They let us down a little when the three of us stayed together. It happens, it's okay. This is hockey: somewhere the puck flew away, slightly stood on an edge, went into the net. A combination of circumstances. We scored unsuccessfully, then we had to add: to focus more on the game on the nickel, to close the goalkeeper more and go for finishing.

The task that we had in mind both for the match and for the series as a whole — it has been completed. I'm glad the guys heard us. They carried out what we are working on in training. This is a big step. Even compared to last season, I watch the guys add and it can't help but be happy.


— Today, after the final siren, the emotions did not go away. What do you think? How would you comment on this?

— Hockey is such an emotional game. Even so, no matter what the result, no matter how overwhelmed by emotions, anyone should keep himself in control. But you saw for yourself what happened in the last seconds, how one of the Falcons players behaved. I think he's just an unworthy hockey player. Let any self-respecting hockey player watch the NHL, KHL, VHL. There is no such thing anywhere. When they play like this, it's not professional hockey, it's just collective farming.


— Your finalist is Pyunik again, you will fight with them for the cup again. What do you think about the opponent? After all, last year's Pyunik and the current one are two different teams.

— Pyunik is a good team. But we don't think about it. We have today to relax, digest this emotional game, rejoice at the victory and reaching the finals. It was an emotional episode. We'll get to the finals, we'll figure it out closer to the point.
